The new Cincinnati Downtown Residence Inn by Marriot Hotels involved the total interior demolition and renovation of the former Phelps Apartment Building located on 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati. The building consists of 12 stories with a partial basement. Over 132,000 square feet of space was renovated.
