Hazardous and Universal Waste Removal, Contaminated Soil Removal, Structural Demolition, Excavation, Site Grading

Project Detail:

Work performed at the site of Samuel Adams Brewery Project expansion included:

Cleaning/removal of all lead impacted foundry sand, building trash, universal waste and asbestos. Demolition of industrial buildings, excavation of soils, perform soil testing after removal and disposal of soils. Backfill in the basement voids and soil excavations with clean compactible material to match existing surrounding grade elevations.  Finish off the site with 4″ of 304 compacted limestone.
